Connect to the Plesk panel
This short guide explains how to access from our client area the Plesk control panel to manage your websites.
Plesk accounts are created automatically when your web hosting service is created.
You normally don't need to create or log in with a separate Plesk account, you are supposed to always be redirected and connected automatically.
1. Access the ElypseCloud client area
Go to our client area and log in with your ElypseCloud credentials.
2. Access the Plesk panel
There are two ways to access Plesk:
Option 1: From the Dashboard
- Stay on the Dashboard (home page after login)
- Click the Manage button for the web hosting service you want to manage
- In the dropdown menu, click Connection to Plesk Control Panel
Option 2: From the service details page
- Click on the name of the web hosting service in the Services list
- On the details page, click Connection to Plesk Control Panel in the left sidebar (section Actions)
Connection problems?
The button is loading indefinitely or displays an error
If the Connection to Plesk Control Panel button is loading for a long time or displays an error, contact us on Discord with a screenshot.
I'm redirected to the Plesk login page
This means the automatic connection failed. Do not try to log in manually.
Contact us on Discord so we can verify and fix your account.
